Paris-Travel Guide

Paris is one of the most beautiful city and the capital city of FASHION!! For anyone who loves looking at historic monuments, wandering in and out of museums, cafes, beautiful gardens, and want amazing views (like me), than Paris is the spot!.

What to Expect

The weather in Paris is sunny and mild in the summer and freezing cold in the winter (especially for a Cali girl). The French speak English and you guessed it FRENCH. The people were super nice to me, contrary to what others say.

Tip: Use the public transportation , which is very inexpensive and useful way to get around. You just hop in the metro or buses and hop off. Make sure you do not go to France when the local Parisians are on strike! This happened to me and made transportation difficult and the only option was UBER or Taxi (Which can be expensive).

Where to go and what to do?
The Eiffel Tower is a must!

No trip to Paris would be the same, if you do not visit the famous Eiffel Tower. It stands 324 meters tall and offers some beautiful vies of the city, if you decide to climb the top. The eiffel tower makes a beautiful background for your pictures.

The Louvre Museum

The Louvre Museum is a massive museum that includes the painting by Da Vinci of Mona Lisa inside. The Louvre is one of the most visited museums with many tourist coming from all over the world to see the iconic art. The famous Venus de Milo statue is inside, as well.

Champs Elysees

The Champs Elysees is an iconic street in Paris. It is a boulevard filled with some of the city’s top attractions, also it leads to the Arc de Triomphe.

Arc de Triomphe

The Arc de Triomphe is a historical site that was commissioned by Napolean in 1806 to celebrate the victory at the Battle of Austerlitz. Also, this spot has one of the most beautiful sunsets.

Overall, Paris is super beautiful and their is beauty and many views throughout the city. Take your time here and explore more sites 🙂 Also, brush off on your French !
